Tickets for the Ferris wheel in Moscow can be purchased at the box office and terminals on site or purchased online at the official website of the Moscow Sun and the VDNH website.
The sale of tickets at the box office ends 30 minutes before closing the attraction.

Fast Pass tickets
Fast Pass and Transparent Floor tickets allow you to get on the Ferris wheel without waiting in line. Visitors with these tickets have a separate access gate marked with a sign.
Guests with “Fast Pass” and “Transparent Floor” tickets are served first.
Cabin rental
If desired, you can rent a cabin for a group of up to 15 guests.
The cost of renting is 19000 rubles (€188) for standart cabin and 25000 rubles (€248) for a cabin with transparent floor. This price already includes priority boarding, a transparent floor and a welcome drink for visitors.
When renting a cabin on the Moscow Ferris wheel, guests can use one of ten standard packages, according to which the interior decoration will be organized:

If the standard package is not suitable you can ask the organizers on other terms on request — to conduct a corporate party, a master class, yoga classes, etc. Everything will be made according to the wishes of the customer.
